EricServic.es uses cookies and session storage for the following purposes:

• Essential / session — Maintain your login session in the member and admin portals and protect forms with CSRF tokens. These are required for authenticated features.
• Functional — Remember choices such as speed test history stored locally in your browser (localStorage on the speed test page).
• Live chat — Chat runs only for the current page visit. Conversation history is not restored after you reload the page or open a new browser session.

What we do not do

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell browsing data to advertisers. We do not deploy cross-site tracking pixels for marketing purposes on our primary site.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in to the Control Hub. Clearing cookies will sign you out and remove locally stored preferences such as speed test history.
